GoToSystems operates in Australia. This notice explains how we handle information you share through this website.

Project enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, the information you provide is used to understand your project and respond. This includes your name, email, message and any optional company, budget or timeline details. Please do not include confidential, health or other sensitive personal information.

When enabled, the enquiry form sends an email through Resend to the configured GoToSystems inbox. This website does not store enquiry content in an application database. Messages may remain in the receiving mailbox and email provider systems.

Spam protection

The form uses a hidden spam field and rate limiting through Upstash. Email addresses and, where available, network identifiers are hashed with a secret before use in rate-limit keys. These controls help prevent abuse. Website infrastructure may also process network information needed to serve and secure the site.

Optional analytics

If configured, PostHog analytics loads only after you choose to allow it. It records page paths and selected interactions such as service views and enquiry submissions. Enquiry contents are not included. Automatic interaction recording, session replay and personal profiles are disabled. Your analytics preference is stored in this browser; analytics identifiers use memory storage.

Optional analytics is currently disabled.

Service providers and retention

We keep enquiry emails for one month, then delete them from our enquiry inbox. This website does not keep a separate copy of your enquiry in a database.

Cloudflare hosts this website, Resend delivers enquiry emails, Upstash supports spam protection, and PostHog provides optional analytics. These providers may process information outside Australia. Their systems and backups are subject to their own retention and deletion arrangements. Rate-limit records expire automatically; they contain hashed identifiers, not your enquiry message.
